“智能施工“隐私条款声明于2025年03月更新。
感谢您使用“智能施工”。我们高度重视您的隐私和个人信息保护，并严格遵守新加坡《个人信息保护法》（PDPA）及相关法律法规。本隐私条款旨在向您说明我们如何收集、使用、存储和保护您的个人信息，以及您享有的权利。
“智能施工”是由上海庆科信息技术有限公司（以下简称“庆科信息”）开发的智能家居设备控制与管理服务的应用。请您在使用“智能施工”应用及服务前，认真阅读我们的隐私条款声明。您也可以在“智能施工”应用的”我的“->”关于我们”->”隐私政策”中随时查看本声明。
一、 我们如何收集和使用您的信息
收集和使用您个人信息的目的是为了向您提供产品和服务。您有权选择性是否向我们提供个人信息。但多数情况下，如果您不向我们提供必要的信息，将造成我们无法向您提供对应的服务。
1. 账号信息
为使用“智能施工”服务，您需要申请一个“智能施工”账号。我们会收集您的用户名和密码。这是为了登录“智能施工“后台服务，进行身份认证，和获取对应访问权限。我们会收集您的手机电话号码，这是为了在注册时激活账号，必要时找回您遗忘的密码，和更改您的密码等操作时进行身份认证，以确保是由您本人操作。以上的信息均以加密的形式安全地存储我们的服务器，并在服务器与您的移动设备之间传输。
如果您不提供“智能施工“账号信息，将无法使用”智能施工“的服务。
2. 设备连接和管理信息
为了发现和将智能设备连接到您的家庭网络并与您的账号绑定，我们需要收集和使用以下信息：
1) WLAN网络信息：SSID，WLAN密码，路由器的MAC地址
2) 蓝牙信息：蓝牙的MAC地址
3) 智能设备信息：设备的型号、设备的MAC地址、设备的序列号，设备的ID
4) 移动设备信息：手机的型号、操作系统版本、屏幕尺寸和分辨率、地区和语言设置、手机的硬件标识。
WLAN网络信息、蓝牙信息和移动设备信息，都只会在手机和智能设备本地使用，不会传输到服务器。
为了将您的设备合理恰当地整理和管理，我们可能会收集您提供的的家庭、房间等信息；以及您提供的设备的个性化名称信息。
3. 设备控制和监测信息
为了控制您的智能设备，以及监测和向您展示它们的运行状况，我们需要收集和使用以下的信息：
1) 智能设备信息：设备的型号、设备的MAC地址、设备的IP地址、设备的序列号，设备的ID，设备所处的位置
2) 设备运行信息：开关状态、运行参数、告警和故障
对于以下品类的智能设备，我们还可能会收集特定的设备运行信息：
3) 灯泡、开关和插座等照明电工设备：设备的用电量
4) 空调、取暖器、风扇、除湿机、加湿器等环境调节电器：设备传感器采集到的环境温度、湿度信息；用电量信息等
5) 空气净化器、水净化器等健康类电器：设备传感器采集到的空气和水质量，用水量等信息
6) 智能座便器、浴霸和暖风机等卫浴类电器：设备传感器采集到的环境温度和湿度信息；用水量和用电量信息
4. 设备共享信息
我们支持将您的设备分享给您指定的其他用户使用，或者反过来共享其他用户的设备给您使用，以使你们能够以相同的方式控制同一台设备，并查看设备的信息和运行状况。为此我们会收集对方的用户账号和被分享设备的信息。
5. 智能场景信息
我们支持在您设定的特定条件下自动控制设备的运行。为了实现这些智能场景，我们可能会收集和使用以下的信息：
1) 您设定的智能场景的触发条件与逻辑
2) 您和您的设备所在的地区与地理位置、时区信息，以便获取当地的天气、时间等信息。
3) 您的独立传感器或嵌入在智能设备内的传感器所采集到的信息
6. 应用和设备升级
为了保持“智能施工“和您的智能设备以最佳状态运行，和为您提供最新的功能，我们会不定期地对”智能施工“应用和您地智能设备固件进行升级。为了实现升级功能，我们会收集以下信息：
1) 智能设备信息：设备固件的版本号、设备的型号、设备的MAC地址、设备的IP地址、设备的序列号，设备的ID，设备所处的位置
2) 移动设备信息：“智能施工“应用的版本号、手机的型号、操作系统版本、地区和语言设置。
二、 您的个人信息的存储
根据新加坡相关法律规定，您的个人数据将被保存在位于新加坡境内的服务器上。我们采取合理的技术和组织措施（如加密、访问控制）保护您的信息，防止未经授权的访问、使用或泄露。我们仅在实现本隐私条款所述目的所需的期限内保留您的信息，除非法律要求更长的保留期。
三、 我们如何与第三方共享您的信息
我们在“智能施工”中使用到了部分第三方提供的产品与服务。这些产品与服务可能以云服务器对接、SDK与API调用或插件等形式存在。庆科信息选取对个人信息严格保护的第三方进行合作，并与之达成数据保护与处理的协议。但“智能施工”隐私条款声明并不适用于这些第三方服务。庆科信息提醒您认真阅读第三方的隐私条款政策。
我们承诺不会将您的个人信息出售给第三方。但在以下情况下，我们可能会共享或披露您的信息：
1) 我们会使用您手机系统的定位服务：位置信息用于天气服务，以获取当地天气，使用Accuweather实现推送服务。您可参阅accuweather隐私权政策
2）AWS云服务：我们使用AWS云服务组件来管理您的智能设备。AWS云服务可能会获取您移动设备的唯一识别码，WLAN网络的SSID和网络名称等信息。您可以参阅AWS云平台法律声明及隐私条款政策。
3）腾讯应用崩溃分析日志服务：我们使用腾讯的Bugly服务，在应用异常崩溃时将关键的程序运行日志上传到Bugly服务器，以供分析和修复，来改进“智能施工”应用，使之更稳定地为您服务。我们上传的数据不包含任何您的个人信息。您可参阅Bugly SDK隐私保护声明。
4) com.tencent.smtt(TBS;腾讯浏览器;腾讯X5浏览器)：我们使用TBS腾讯浏览服务功能，为用户提供浏览器浏览功能，为此可能收集您的手机设备标识符、设备信息。您可参阅TBS开发者服务协议。
四、 您所享有的权利
根据新加坡《个人信息保护法》（PDPA），您享有以下权利：
1. 应用权限
“智能施工”应用需要您的许可来获得手机设备的调用权限，以收集必须的信息，完成特定的功能。
1) 定位权限：用于确定您的地理位置，获得当地的天气信息在应用内向您展示，同时触发正确的自动化智能策略。
2) 相机权限：用于在手动添加设备时，扫描设备机身上的二维码。
3) 相册读取权限：用于在您设定您的头像时，从相册中选取您指定的图片。
4) 蓝牙权限：用于在添加设备时自动搜索周围的支持蓝牙的设备，同时通过蓝牙传送设备信息和本地WLAN信息。
5) 消息权限：用户向您推送应用内的通知、告警等消息。
6) 存储权限：用户写入程序运行时的记录，在程序发生异常时写入记录，协助调查异常原因，改进程序的设计。
*对于Android用户，在您赋予蓝牙权限的同时，也同时赋予了定位权限。这是Android系统的设计。
我们将在首次使用该权限时向您申请许可。您也可以在手机系统的应用权限中随时更改您的许可。关闭应用权限许可会造成对应依赖的功能和服务无法正常运行。但我们不会因为您拒绝许可权限而禁止您使用“智能施工”其它与该权限无关的功能。
2. 访问和更改您的个人信息
您可以在“智能施工“应用的”我的“->”个人设置”中随时查看和更改您的个人信息；
3. 删除您的个人信息和撤销同意
您可以在手机系统“应用管理“的“存储”中删除“智能施工”应用在您手机本地存储的个人数据。但这不会停止“智能施工”在运行时继续根据您的同意收集您的个人信息。
您可以在手机上卸载“智能施工”应用。“智能施工”应用在您手机本地存储的个人数据将会在卸载同时一并删除。“智能施工”不会在您卸载应用后继续收集您的个人数据。但卸载前已经保存在服务器的数据将继续保留到本声明第二章所描述的期限。
您可以联系后台管理员删除您的“智能施工”账号。删除账号同时，“智能施工”应用在您手机本地存储的个人数据和设备数据，以及“智能施工”服务器中存储的您的个人数据和设备数据都将被删除，且无法应您的请求再行恢复。庆科信息提醒您选择删除账号前慎重考虑。
您也可以在手机系统设置->“智能施工”应用的权限清单中通过“关闭权限”来撤销您先前的许可。我们将不再收集和使用您的个人数据。但先前已经保存在本地和服务器的数据将继续保留。在您撤销您的同意后，“智能施工“可能无法继续向您提供依赖于相关数据的服务。
五、 未成年人个人信息
庆科信息不收集未成年人的个人信息。因此“智能施工”不在未成年人的法定监护人同意之前，向未成年人提供服务。您如果是未满18周岁的未成年人，需要寻求您的法定监护人对本隐私条款声明的同意。

"Smart Build" Privacy Policy
The "Smart Build" Privacy Policy was updated in March 2025.
Thank you for using "Smart Build". We attach great importance to the protection of your privacy and personal information and strictly abide by the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore and relevant laws and regulations. This privacy policy is designed to explain to you how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, as well as the rights you enjoy.
"Smart Build" is an application for controlling and managing smart home devices developed by Shanghai MXCHIP Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "MXCHIP"). Please carefully read our privacy policy before using the "Smart Build" application and services. You can also view this statement at any time in "Profile" -> "About Us" -> "Privacy Policy" in the "Smart Build" application.
I. How We Collect and Use Your Information
The purpose of collecting and using your personal information is to provide you with products and services. You have the right to choose whether to provide personal information to us. In most cases, if you do not provide the necessary information, we will be unable to provide you with the corresponding services.
1. Account Information
To use the "Smart Build" services, you need to apply for a "Smart Build" account. We will collect your username and password. This is for logging into the "Smart Build" service, conducting identity verification, and obtaining corresponding access rights. We will collect your mobile phone number, which is used to activate the account during registration, retrieve your forgotten password if necessary, and verify your identity when changing your password, etc., to ensure that the operations are performed by you. The above information is securely stored on our servers in encrypted form and transmitted between the server and your mobile device.
If you do not provide "Smart Build" account information, you will not be able to use the "Smart Build" services.
2. Device Connection and Management Information
In order to discover and connect smart devices to your home network and bind them to your account, we need to collect and use the following information:
• WLAN network information: SSID, WLAN password, MAC address of the router.
• Bluetooth information: MAC address of the Bluetooth.
• Smart device information: Device model, device MAC address, device serial number, device ID.
• Mobile device information: Mobile phone model, operating system version, screen size and resolution, region and language settings, mobile phone hardware identifier. WLAN network information, Bluetooth information, and mobile device information will only be used locally on the mobile phone and smart device and will not be transmitted to the server. To organize and manage your devices appropriately, we may collect information such as your home and room information provided by you, as well as the personalized name information of the devices you provide.
3. Device Control and Monitoring Information
In order to control your smart devices and monitor , display their operating status to you, we need to collect and use the following information:
• Smart device information: Device model, device MAC address, device IP address, device serial number, device ID, device location.
• Device operation information: Switch status, operating parameters, alarms, and faults.
For the following types of smart devices, we may also collect specific device operation information:
• Lighting and electrical equipment such as bulbs, switches, and sockets: Device power consumption.
• Environmental adjustment appliances such as air conditioners, heaters, fans, dehumidifiers, and humidifiers: Environmental temperature and humidity information collected by device sensors; power consumption information, etc.
• Health - related appliances such as air purifiers and water purifiers: Air and water quality, water consumption, etc. collected by device sensors.
• Bathroom appliances such as smart toilets, bathroom heaters, and warm air fans: Environmental temperature and humidity information collected by device sensors; water and power consumption information.
4. Device Sharing Information
We support sharing your devices with other users you specify, or vice versa, sharing other users' devices with you, so that you can control the same device in the same way and view device information and operating status. For this purpose, we will collect the user accounts of the other party and the information of the shared devices.
5. Smart Scene Information
We support automatically controlling the operation of devices under specific conditions you set. To achieve these smart scenes, we may collect and use the following information:
• The trigger conditions and logic of the smart scenes you set.
• The region and geographical location, and time zone information of you and your devices, in order to obtain local weather, time, and other information.
• Information collected by your independent sensors or sensors embedded in smart devices.
6. Application and Device Upgrades
To keep "Smart Build" and your smart devices running in an optimal state and to provide you with the latest functions, we will periodically upgrade the "Smart Build" application and the firmware of your smart devices. To achieve the upgrade function, we will collect the following information:
• Smart device information: Device firmware version number, device model, device MAC address, device IP address, device serial number, device ID, device location.
• Mobile device information: Version number of the "Smart Build" application, mobile phone model, operating system version, region and language settings.
II. Storage of Your Personal Information
In accordance with relevant Singaporean laws and regulations, your personal data will be stored on servers located within Singapore. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures (such as encryption and access control) to protect your information and prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We only retain your information for the period required to achieve the purposes described in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
III. How We Share Your Information with Third Parties
We use some products and services provided by third parties in "Smart Build". These products and services may exist in the form of cloud server docking, SDK and API calls, or plugins. MXCHIP selects third-parties that strictly protect personal information for cooperation and reaches agreements on data protection and processing with them. However, the "Smart Build" privacy policy does not apply to these third-party services. MXCHIP reminds you to carefully read the privacy policies of third-parties.
We promise not to sell your personal information to third parties. However, in the following cases, we may share or disclose your information:
1. We use the location service of your mobile phone system: Location information is used for weather services to obtain local weather and implement push services through Accuweather. You can refer to the Accuweather privacy policy.
2. AWS cloud service: We use AWS cloud service components to manage your smart devices. The AWS cloud service may obtain the unique identifier of your mobile device, the SSID of the WLAN network, and the network name, etc. You can refer to the AWS Cloud Platform Legal Notice and Privacy Policy.
3. Tencent Application Crash Analysis Log Service: We use Tencent's Bugly service. When the application crashes abnormally, key program operation logs will be uploaded to the Bugly server for analysis and repair to improve the "Smart Build" application and make it serve you more stably. The data we upload does not contain any of your personal information. You can refer to the Bugly SDK Privacy Protection Statement.
4. com.tencent.smtt (TBS; Tencent Browser; Tencent X5 Browser): We use the TBS Tencent browsing service function to provide users with browser browsing functions. For this purpose, we may collect your mobile device identifier and device information. You can refer to the TBS Developer Service Agreement.
IV. Your Rights
According to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore, you have the following rights:
1. Application Permissions
The "Smart Build" application requires your permission to obtain the call permissions of the mobile device to collect the necessary information and complete specific functions.
• Location permission: Used to determine your geographical location, obtain local weather information and display it in the application, and at the same time trigger the correct automated intelligent strategy.
• Camera permission: Used to scan the QR code on the device body when manually adding a device.
• Album reading permission: Used to select the specified picture from the album when you set your avatar.
• Bluetooth permission: Used to automatically search for nearby Bluetooth - enabled devices when adding a device and transmit device information and local WLAN information via Bluetooth.
• Message permission: Used to push app notifications, alarms, and other messages to you.
• Storage permission: Used to write records during program operation and write records when the program encounters an exception to assist in investigating the cause of the exception and improving the program design.
*For Android users, when you grant the Bluetooth permission, the location permission is also granted at the same time. This is the design of the Android system.
We will request your permission when using the permission for the first time. You can also change your permission at any time in the application permissions of the mobile phone system. Disabling the application permission will cause the functions and services related to fail to operate normally. However, we will not prohibit you from using other functions of "Smart Build" that are not related to this permission just because you refuse to grant the permission.
2. Accessing and Changing Your Personal Information
You can view and change your personal information at any time in "Profile" -> "Personal Settings" in the "Smart Build" application.
3. Deleting Your Personal Information and Revoking Consent
You can delete the personal data stored locally on your mobile phone by the "Smart Build" application in "Storage" of "App Management" in the mobile phone system. However, this will not stop "Smart Build" from continuing to collect your personal information during operation based on your consent.
You can uninstall the "Smart Build" application on your mobile phone. The personal data stored locally on your mobile phone by the "Smart Build" application will be deleted simultaneously during uninstallation. "Smart Build" will not continue to collect your personal data after you uninstall the application. However, the data stored on the server before uninstallation will continue to be retained until the period described in Chapter II of this statement.
You can contact the background administrator to delete your "Smart Build" account. When deleting the account, the personal data and device data stored locally on your mobile phone by the "Smart Build" application and the personal data and device data stored on the "Smart Build" server will all be deleted and cannot be restored at your request. MXCHIP reminds you to consider carefully before choosing to delete the account.
You can also revoke your previous permission by "Turning off Permissions" in the permission list of the "Smart Build" application in the mobile phone system settings. We will no longer collect and use your personal data. However, the data previously stored locally and on the server will continue to be retained. After you revoke your consent, "Smart Build" may not be able to continue to provide you with services that depend on the relevant data.
V. Personal Information of Minors
MXCHIP does not collect the personal information of minors. Therefore, "Smart Build" will not provide services to minors without the consent of their legal guardians. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you need to obtain the consent of your legal guardian for this privacy policy statement.

For important matters such as changing or deleting personal information, we will need you to provide further information to confirm your identity. If you are not satisfied with our handling, you can report and file a complaint with the relevant network supervision department.
